Workshops – Food – Live Music:
In July 2022, we worked together with IDM Südtirol to welcome journalists, opinion formers, and content creators to our Südtirol Stadtgarten in Munich – a day full of exciting discussions and exquisite South Tyrolean cuisine.
Three young South Tyroleans led their own workshops: Tamara Seyr shared her passion and knowledge about herbs, chef Thomas Ortler cooked a south Tyrolean-style BBQ for guests and showed them how to ferment and preserve, and Carmen Augschöll presented her wines at an exclusive wine tasting. The highlight of the evening was an unplugged gig by Max van Milland.
